Hi everyone.

I have had a number of people ask me about this new benefit so here is a link to my blog which has quite a bit of detail on it about the new method of getting people off Incapacity Benefit.

Please feel free to copy it - it was accurate at the time of posting and states the Regs. as was brought in on the 27th October 2008.
